Counselling is an exciting, challenging and empowering process. The work will enable you to feel less confused, more confident and clearer about how to take control of your life.

I believe that you are your own expert and the counselling will go at your pace. I will work in a way that suits you and support you through difficult thoughts and emotions that you may experience.

I work with an integrative approach drawing on different models of counselling. My work is informed mainly by the psychodynamic and systemic approach. This gives you an opportunity to have a clearer picture of any changes you may need to make to improve the quality of your life in the future.

I am able to incoporate, when required, a CBT [Cognitive Behavioural Therapy] approach.

This work will explore your thoughts and behaviour patterns and help you develop strategies which will enable you to take control of your life.
